I visited this location recently, and we had a great experience. My son accidentally spilled his drink, and an employee named Samantha quickly came over to help clean up the mess. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us. The food was served hot and was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the salad bar was fresh with a great variety of options. Thanks to the excellent customer service and overall experience, I will definitely continue coming here. Highly recommend!

The food is good, for what it is. Their pizzas are fresh, however, they did not have enough selection and they no longer make single serving pies delivered to your table. The staff is really kind though and hard working, though more staff would be better on the weekends, as to not fall behind putting out food. :) Overall, 8-10 would come again and recommend the location.

Smaller store, so there are less pizza options ready, but you can still order a small personal pizza of your choosing... Note: the flavors of everything was wayyyyy better than surrounding Cici's locations! Our kiddos love Cici's buffets, this one seemed to be the best in the flavor department. 🏆 Arcade was a bust though. Many of the claw machines that did operate either had claws that didn't open side enough for the toys inside, or didnt open at all. Many were out of service

Pretty disappointed in this location. Don’t come here after 6pm unless you want food that has been sitting out for hours. They also didn’t have over half the pizzas they should have. It seems like they don’t bring out any new pizzas later in the day. Only desert they had out were cinnamon rolls and like 2 brownies. Restrooms were gross and tables weren’t clean. All the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The girl who checked us out was on FaceTime with someone when processing my payment and had air pods in. So unprofessional.

Beyond disappointed with this location after today. I usually always come here to get the Apple pie pizza. I got an apple pie pizza around 6:30 today. When I get home I pick up a slice just for it to fall completely straight down extremely undercooked. So I go back up there to get it remade and showed them. Specifically asked for them to not put that much icing on there again just for it to look worse if not the same. She said yall normally put 20 squirts of icings! Never had this problem Until today. I was given a drink cup while I wait. Coke is my favorite and it was coming out extremely dark and tasted like diet. I mentioned it to the manager and she took a sip and then never did anything about it after that. Just said well I don’t like coke. I use to be an assistant manager this absolutely should’ve been dealt with another way! Felt very ignored and it all felt deliberate because they didn’t wanna do there job right to being with and this wouldn’t have been a problem! Got a refund but I didn’t get an apple pizza like I went up there literally twice for and waited for.
